Is housing bottoming out...in terms of people not being able to buy? Or in terms of people being able to buy cause interest is low? You're question isn't complete to my way of thinking.
I think though, people are now getting loans and buying houses again, and I think I see fewer for sale signs ....to mean that means the market is moving.
