Economic concerns or take profit?

Today, May 13, market goes down 2%. It now at 8300 points. Last week, when the bank stress test released, it was about 8500. I wonder is trader take profit or they actually worry about the economic or retail sales? Any way, I'm looking for a chance to make money by buying a good stock at discount price.

Bank Stress Test

With the release of result of bank stress test, Dow hit 8500. Bank of America in the 2 digits now $14.50. If I buy it on April, I would make money. The question from last month, still in my head. Should I buy BAC or C now or wait?
