Two months after his cell phone entertainment company filed for bankruptcy in 2007, telecom executive Peter Adderton put his Newport Coast home up for sale, asking nearly $6.5 million.
Last month, he finally closed escrow, selling the 5,400-square-foot home for nearly $2 million less.
The buyer is lucky :)
